Location & Weather
Breckenridge is located in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain region, just an hour and a half drive from Downtown Denver or a two hour drive from Colorado Springs. From Denver International Airport, Breckenridge is a two hour drive or shuttle ride away. The I-70 route from Denver to Breckenridge is one of the most beautiful and scenic drives in the United States. Along the way, expect to pass roadside waterfalls, tailings from old mines, historic mining buildings and maybe even some wild animals. If it is your first time to the Rocky Mountains, you will be stunned by the beauty of its green, summery landscape.
Beaver Run Resort & Conference center sits at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Area on Peak 9. Its 515 guest rooms and 40,000 square foot conference center sits steps away from the nearest hiking and biking trails. A five minute walk or complimentary shuttle ride away from town, you can be a part of all the action within minutes.

Although Breckenridge is best known for its world-class ski resort, this mountain town is also ideal for summer activities. Visitors can head up the mountain to experience easy, moderate, or difficult biking and hiking trails. Or, hit a few rounds of golf at the Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole, Breckenridge Golf Club.
Reconnect with the kid inside you by visiting the Breckenridge Fun Park. Attractions for the Fun Park include: zip lines, mini golf, an alpine slide, the gold runner coaster, guided hikes and Segway tours, a maze, a scenic chair lift and more. And all summer long, there are great festivals and events, like the Breckenridge Beer Festival, held right on property at Beaver Run each July.
