Our resort’s professional team is here to help you plan your special day - whether it's your dress rehearsal, wedding ceremony, reception, anniversary celebration or elopement.

Outdoor Ceremony Sites

The following information is provided as a guideline for Beaver Run Resort's Outdoor ceremony site in Breckenridge. If you have any additional questions do not hesitate to contact our Wedding Group Sales Manager at 970-453-8780.
  • Patio on the Green can accommodate up to 250 seated guests
  • Spencer's Deck can accommodate up to 75 seated guests
  • The Coppertop Patio can accommodate up to 150 seated guests
** Site fees start at $1000

Site fee includes: A one(1) hour rehearsal (based on venue availability), and up to two(2) hours for the ceremony; as well as chair set up and take down. The site fee does not include: Decorating or decorations, additional lighting, power, or a runner. Fake Flower petals are not allowed in outdoor ceremony sites. The site fee also includes a staff member to redirect foot traffic around the ceremony sites.


We have an arch available for a $100 rental fee.
All outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10 P.M..
